Welcome to offpkt.net

This community exists for discussion of OSINT, cybersecurity, intelligence, development, urban exploration, and related topics. If or when invite codes become standardized for the website, do not make the person who vouched for you regret it.

─────────────────────────────────────────

[1] CONDUCT

Be direct and useful. Don't be a problem.
No harassment, targeted abuse, or personal vendettas.
Disagreement is fine. Being a nuisance is not.
Treat other members with basic respect regardless of skill level.

─────────────────────────────────────────

[2] CONTENT

Stay on topic for the forum you're posting in.
No spam, low-effort posts, or begging.
Do not post personal information about others without their explicit consent.
Do not share content that would create legal liability for the site. (i.e. pirated software, etc.)
Leaked databases, stolen credentials, and similar content are not welcome here.
______________________________________________

[3] INVESTIGATIONS & OSINT

Document your methodology, and speculation should be labeled as speculation.
If you are the subject of a targeted attack organized by a singe or multiple users, contact the moderation team.
______________________________________________

[4] OPERATIONAL SECURITY

You are responsible for your own OPSEC.
Do not expose other members' real identities, locations, or personal information.
Do not share information that could be used to identify or harm other members.
______________________________________________

[5] ACCOUNTS

One account per person.
Do not share your account or your invite codes with people you do not personally trust.
If your account is compromised, contact an administrator immediately.
______________________________________________

[6] MODERATION

Moderator decisions may be appealed depending on circumstances.
If you have a dispute, take it to Meta — not to other threads.
Ban evasion results in a permanent ban with no appeal.
______________________________________________

[7] INVITES (If or when invites become standardized)

You are responsible for who you invite.
If someone you invite causes problems, it reflects on you.
Invite codes are non-transferable.
______________________________________________

Failure to follow these rules may result in a warning, suspension, or permanent ban depending on severity.

These rules may be updated at any time. Check this thread for the latest version.
